Mantha has more than 30 years of experience in Operations, Franchise, Profit Center and senior management working for both industry leading companies and start-ups.

He is an acknowledged expert in government and large accounts management and has significant experience in selling to government and large corporate. Mantha joined Solar Semiconductor in April 2008 as Head– Operations and moved to Head – Asia Pacific Sales and now Vice President & Head of systems business unit.

He has already achieved commissioning of 25MWp solar power plants under various state and central programs. He brought along with him significant years of SBU management experience.

Prior to Solar Semiconductor, he was Head – Large accounts at Tally, a world-leading accounting software company. Mantha was instrumental in bringing Large Account focus at Product Company Tally Before joining Tally, Mantha served as Regional, Zonal and National Head at APTECH. He was instrumental in creating and managing a significant opportunity in Government for APTECH Products. APTECH attained a leadership status in government vertical in a very short time during his tenure Mantha holds an MBA from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
